While University Archives is the repository of the University’s official documents, it also includes the papers and correspondence of many KU faculty members. The collections are an important source documenting the scholarly work and other accomplishments of the men and women who have served KU through the years.

Finding aids, briefly describing the contents of the papers, have been created for each faculty member. Photographs of faculty members may also be available. Visit the University Archives Photographs digital collection to see digitized photographs from our holdings. Photographic reproduction is also available. Select oral history interviews from the Endacott Society have also been digitized.

University Archives staff has developed a set of guidelines for those wishing to donate personal papers to the archives. This information can be found in the University Archives collection development policy.
